At Simply Handmade we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase or gift, Please request a return authorization within 14-days. By emailing our support team at support-at-simplyhm.com, we will be able to help you process that refund right away.
Upon receipt of your return; we will issue a credit to the card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes. If the item was a gift or a purchase receipt is not available, credit will be a Simply Handmade gift card. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible. Email us at support-at-simplyhm.com or call 725-213-7002. Please reference the order number found at the left top of the order confirmation email.
